GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PACKAGE DEALS

Please notice that every booking is charged with a booking fee, SEK 50,
The service fee for transfering money from abroad, SEK 150.
When paying with foreign card for example VISA the bankfee  is 50 SEK!

1. You and we are bound by the lease as soon as we have confirmed your booking or when we have recieved your payment.

2. The total cost of the package should be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. If you booked later than 30 days in advance, the total cost of the package should be paid within two days, but no later than the day of arrival.

3. You can cancel verbally or in writing through us. Cancellation is not valid if it takes place through another party. If you cancel more than 14 days before agreed arrival you do not need to pay more than an application fee of SEK 100. The difference will be reimbursed by us.

4. If you cancel later than 14 days but earlier than 24 hours before agreed arrival, you will have to pay 50% of the total cost of the package.

5. If you cancel later than 24 hours before agreed arrival you will have to pay the total cost of the package, 100%.

6. You can protect yourself against the cost mentioned above by purchasing cancellation protection. It costs SEK 50/person and means that under certain circumstances you can cancel up to and including the day of arrival. The cancellation protection applies under the following circumstances, of which you were not aware when you booked: death, illnes or accident of a serious nature, affecting you personally, your spouse, partner family or travelling companion. You must have a certificate to prove the reason for cancellation, issued by a doctor, public authority, insurance company or similar. The cost of cancellation protection is not reimbursed on cancellation.

7. You may assign the package agreement to another party if you are prevented from coming, any additional fees must then be payed by you. When the package agreement is assigned the buyer and the new guest is solidary responsible to us so that the agreement is carried out.

8. We can not be hold responsible for changes and interruption in the package program that is caused by circumstances which we can not control. Notice that bad weather can cause delays, interruption, shortened or discontinued outdoor program.
